Project Overview
Privilege Supply is an online luxury fashion resale store specializing in pre-owned designer clothing and accessories.
Webxhives worked with Privilege Supply to improve its existing Shopify storefront, focusing on visual presentation, shopping navigation, and the experience for customers interested in selling their designer items.
The engagement involved UI/UX improvements, Shopify theme adjustments, and the development of a dedicated Sell to Us page.
The Challenge
The store already had its core ecommerce functionality in place, but needed improvements to its visual design and overall user experience.
The client wanted a more polished luxury shopping experience, clearer product category navigation, and a dedicated page to introduce the process of selling pre-owned designer fashion items.
Maintaining the existing Shopify functionality while implementing design changes was an important part of the project.
Our Solution
We worked directly within the existing Shopify store, implementing design updates and refining key storefront components based on client feedback.
Key Deliverables
- Shopify storefront UI/UX redesign work
- Visual layout and styling improvements
- Dedicated Sell to Us page development
- Desktop and mobile page refinements
- Typography and content readability adjustments
- Navigation menu improvements
- Shorts & Swimwear category consolidation
- Product collection navigation adjustments
- Review and troubleshooting of storefront issues
- Multiple rounds of design revisions
Project Outcome
The engagement delivered Shopify storefront design improvements and a revised Sell to Us page for client review.
The navigation structure was also updated to better organize selected product categories, while additional desktop and mobile refinements addressed layout and readability.
The project involved ongoing feedback and revisions. The final correspondence identified outstanding work involving the Sell to Us form integration and Recently Sold section, so the engagement is presented as a storefront improvement project rather than a fully completed ecommerce redevelopment.
