Project Overview
RePower Batteries is a Michigan-based company specializing in refurbished industrial batteries, including forklift battery solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
Webxhives partnered with RePower Batteries to transform a purchased Webflow template into a customized, branded website with an integrated e-commerce store.
The objective was to create a professional online presence that better represented RePower Batteries, organized its industrial battery products, and allowed customers to explore the company's offerings through a modern shopping experience.
The project included template customization, content updates, responsive development, product catalog setup, and deployment to the company's existing domain.
The Challenge
RePower Batteries had an existing website but wanted a more modern digital experience that reflected its industrial product brand.
Rather than recreating the old website, the client wanted to retain the overall structure and visual direction of a purchased Webflow template while replacing its generic construction content with RePower's branding, imagery, messaging, and products.
The new website also needed a dedicated online store with organized product categories for different battery voltages.
Another important requirement was making the website responsive across desktop and mobile devices while preparing its e-commerce functionality for customer purchases.
Our Solution
We customized the existing Webflow template to align with RePower Batteries' brand identity, product offering, and business requirements.
The development process involved adapting the website's structure, creating new pages, organizing the product catalog, and refining the responsive experience based on client feedback.
1. Webflow Template Customization
We transformed the purchased template into a website tailored to the industrial battery industry.
This included updating the existing layouts, replacing generic content, incorporating company imagery, and refining the visual presentation.
2. Website Page Development
We developed and customized the main website pages to create a more organized experience for visitors.
Pages included
- Home
- Batteries / Shop
- Individual Product Pages
- Our Process
- Our Company / About
- Contact
- Become a Dealer
3. E-commerce Store Setup
We worked on setting up the Webflow e-commerce store and organizing the company's industrial battery products.
The product catalog was structured around categories such as 24V, 36V, and 48V batteries, with accessories planned as an additional category.
Product listings and individual product pages were developed using the client's existing marketplace listings and supplied product information as references.
4. Responsive Website Optimization
During development, we refined mobile layouts, spacing, margins, and content alignment.
These improvements addressed issues identified during client reviews and helped adapt the template to different screen sizes.
5. Content & Branding Updates
We incorporated the company's supplied messaging, imagery, and product information throughout the website.
The work also included updates to the Our Process page, company information, product presentation, and navigation structure.
6. Forms & Dealer Applications
We developed the Become a Dealer and Contact pages, incorporating the business's requested inquiry structure.
The dealer application requirements included company details, contact information, location, website, and estimated battery volume.
7. SEO & Website Launch
We updated website SEO metadata and prepared the technical information required to connect the new Webflow website to the existing domain.
The deployment process involved coordinating domain configuration and publishing the new website.

Project Outcome
The project resulted in a customized Webflow website for RePower Batteries, replacing the original website experience with a more structured industrial product presentation.
The new website included dedicated product browsing pages, company information, process details, and dealer inquiry functionality.
Following multiple rounds of feedback and revisions, the client confirmed that the website was ready to move toward launch, with minor adjustments to be handled afterward.
The website was successfully published on the company's existing domain in April 2026.
At the time of the initial launch confirmation, checkout was reported as disabled and required further investigation. The available correspondence does not establish the final production checkout status.
The client subsequently approved the remaining project milestones, and the engagement concluded in May 2026.
The project delivered a live Webflow website with a customized visual identity, product catalog, and e-commerce structure for RePower Batteries.
