Top Tech Buyers is an online electronics retailer offering a range of technology products and accessories through its e-commerce website and eBay store.
Webxhives partnered with Top Tech Buyers to redesign and develop a modern WooCommerce storefront focused on simplicity, mobile usability, and a straightforward shopping experience.
The project included custom UI/UX design, WordPress development, product catalog integration, checkout improvements, and customer communication workflows.
The Challenge
Top Tech Buyers needed a clean, fast-loading online store that would make it easier for customers to browse products and complete purchases.
The business also wanted to connect its existing eBay inventory with WooCommerce, reducing the need to manage product listings separately.
Another important requirement was improving customer communication through organized order information, transactional emails, and a CRM system for future marketing activities.
Our Solution
We started by creating multiple storefront concepts in Figma, focusing on minimal styling, intuitive navigation, and mobile-friendly shopping layouts.
After the client selected the preferred design, we developed the storefront using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor.

Project Outcome
The project delivered a redesigned WooCommerce storefront with responsive shopping pages, an organized product catalog, and improved product information presentation.
The eBay and WooCommerce integration was configured during the project, with synchronization issues identified and addressed through further adjustments. The client subsequently took over and corrected additional synchronization settings.
The website was launched during the engagement, and work continued on customer communication, order management, and email automation.
By the final project stage, order-related email workflows had been configured for client testing. The client concluded the engagement after receiving the implementation updates and instructions.
