Project Overview
OzuraPay is a financial technology platform focused on payment infrastructure, banking connectivity, and financial operations for businesses.
Webxhives collaborated with OzuraPay to improve the user experience and navigation of its existing Framer website.
The engagement initially focused on fixing the mobile navigation system and creating a more organized dropdown experience for the platform's products and services.
As the collaboration progressed, additional requests included custom hover interactions, icon styling, contact form troubleshooting, and discussions around broader website improvements.
The objective was to make the existing website easier to navigate while maintaining OzuraPay's established visual identity.
The Challenge
OzuraPay had an existing Framer website, but its mobile navigation was not behaving as intended.
The client wanted a more intuitive dropdown system that could display multiple product links without overwhelming mobile users.
The requested interaction needed to expand naturally within the navigation, pushing other menu items downward to create room for the submenu.
The client also wanted smaller product icons, simplified labels, and a cleaner layout that would work well across different screen sizes.
As the project continued, additional interface issues emerged, including inconsistent hover states and contact form submission behavior.
Our Solution
We worked directly within the existing Framer project, focusing on targeted improvements rather than rebuilding the website.
1. Mobile Navigation Redesign
We reworked the mobile navigation structure to better organize OzuraPay's products and services.
The updated navigation was designed to support expandable dropdown menus, allowing users to reveal additional links without leaving the current menu.
This approach helped create a more structured browsing experience on smaller screens.
2. Product Dropdown Organization
We refined the product navigation to accommodate multiple links within a compact layout.
The work included exploring column-based submenu arrangements and simplifying the presentation of product icons and labels.
The goal was to make the navigation easier to scan while preserving access to the platform's different product categories.
3. Custom Hover Interactions
Following the initial navigation work, the client requested additional styling improvements.
We worked on interactive icon states that changed appearance when users hovered over menu items.
The styling was refined to incorporate OzuraPay's purple brand color and create more consistent interaction feedback.
Similar adjustments were subsequently applied to the mobile navigation for review.
4. Responsive UI Refinements
We made targeted interface adjustments to improve the navigation experience across desktop and mobile layouts.
The refinements focused on menu spacing, icon presentation, dropdown organization, and visual consistency.
5. Contact Form Troubleshooting
The client later reported issues with a reusable contact form, including missing submission confirmation and emails not arriving during testing.
We investigated the form configuration, tested submissions using a temporary destination, and restored the client's intended notification destination.
The client was advised to publish the website before testing the updated form.
6. Additional Website Improvement Planning
The collaboration also included discussions about a broader website restructuring initiative.
The proposed improvements covered homepage messaging, audience segmentation, navigation organization, and clearer explanations of OzuraPay's financial infrastructure.
A visual globe concept and additional homepage sections were also discussed.
These items represented a separate expansion of the original scope, and their final implementation is not confirmed in the available project correspondence.

Project Outcome
The initial navigation project was completed and submitted for client review in January 2026.
After reviewing the updated navigation, the client responded positively and approved the first project milestone in February 2026.
The collaboration continued with additional icon styling, hover interactions, and mobile navigation refinements.
We also investigated the client's contact form issue and reported successful submission testing after updating its configuration.
In April 2026, the client returned with further requests involving navigation link corrections and a larger homepage restructuring initiative.
The available correspondence confirms that a navigation link issue was investigated, but it does not establish that all subsequent redirect changes or the broader homepage redesign were completed.
The engagement demonstrates our ability to work within existing Framer websites, improve interactive navigation, and address targeted user experience issues without requiring a complete rebuild.
