Project Overview
GLUCK LIMITED required a cryptocurrency payment system for its existing web application, enabling users to deposit USDC, convert deposits into GLuck Points, and request withdrawals back into supported cryptocurrencies.
Webxhives worked with GLUCK LIMITED on the integration project, which was designed to connect cryptocurrency payment functionality with the platform's internal points system.
The project also involved evaluating third-party blockchain and wallet service requirements to support transaction management, security, and future cryptocurrency expansion.
The Challenge
GLUCK LIMITED needed to introduce cryptocurrency transactions into an existing web application without rebuilding the platform.
The primary challenge was connecting external blockchain payment services with the application's internal GLuck Points system.
The proposed solution also needed to accommodate deposits, currency conversion, withdrawal requests, and third-party wallet management.
Another important consideration was selecting a suitable blockchain service provider and coordinating access to the existing frontend, backend, database, and hosting environment.
Our Solution
We approached the project as a payment integration within the client's existing application.
The work began with reviewing the business requirements and identifying the technical dependencies needed for blockchain and wallet integration.
Key Project Scope and Activities
- Review of USDC payment system requirements
- Existing web application integration planning
- Blockchain and wallet provider evaluation
- Third-party payment API integration requirements
- USDC deposit workflow
- GLuck Points conversion workflow
- Cryptocurrency withdrawal workflow
- Wallet management integration requirements
- Frontend and backend integration coordination
- Database and hosting access requirements
- Review of external service dependencies
- Code delivery for client-side review
- Follow-up support and additional integration discussions
The architecture was intended to support USDC initially, with the possibility of adding other cryptocurrencies in future phases.
Project Outcome
The project progressed through development and multiple delivery stages between November 2025 and May 2026.
During the engagement, the client conducted further reviews of the integration work, including a final quality review.
By the end of the contract, the development code had been delivered to the client, as confirmed in the project correspondence.
However, the available record does not establish that the cryptocurrency payment system was approved in its final form, deployed to production, or independently verified through live transactions.
The engagement is therefore presented as a cryptocurrency payment integration and code delivery project, rather than a confirmed production launch.
