Project Overview
eManaged required a professional presentation template system for recurring business reports, including Amazon and eBay marketplace reporting.
Webxhives collaborated with eManaged to explore a refreshed visual direction for the company's reporting presentations.
The objective was to create modern, branded slide layouts that could support recurring monthly reports while remaining practical for internal teams to update.
The engagement focused on presentation design concepts, typography, color systems, reporting layouts, and the requirements for editable data visualizations.
The Challenge
eManaged needed more than an attractive presentation. Its reporting templates had to accommodate regularly changing performance data across multiple reports.
The client wanted a fresh visual identity that complemented the existing company logo without simply reproducing the appearance of previous reports.
Important requirements included consistent typography, a balanced use of light and dark backgrounds, professional table layouts, and charts that could be updated without redesigning slides every month.
Our Solution
We began by reviewing the client's sample reports and exploring alternative visual directions through presentation mockups.
Multiple design iterations were created to test typography, layouts, colors, and data presentation styles.
Key Project Activities
- Review of existing monthly reporting presentations
- Brand logo and visual identity assessment
- Initial presentation style concepts
- Multiple slide mockup variations
- Light and dark background exploration
- Typography and visual hierarchy refinements
- Table and chart layout concepts
- Canva presentation drafts
- Amazon and eBay reporting layout exploration
- Review of spreadsheet-driven chart requirements
- Client feedback and design revisions
- Additional presentation concepts for review
Project Outcome
The engagement produced several presentation design concepts and revised Canva drafts for the client's review.
The client initially preferred one of the proposed visual directions, which became the basis for further exploration.
As the project progressed, the client requested stronger consistency across slides and a more scalable approach to updating charts and reporting data.
Additional revisions were shared, but the available conversation does not establish final approval of a complete reporting template system or successful implementation of the requested automated chart-update workflow.
The work is therefore presented as a presentation design and reporting-template exploration project rather than a fully delivered reporting system.
