Project Overview
Andrew Woods is a lead product designer with experience in product strategy, user experience, and digital product design.
Webxhives was brought in to complete and refine his personal portfolio website, transforming detailed Figma designs into responsive Webflow pages while maintaining the existing design system.
The project focused on presenting his professional work through six detailed case studies, polished interactions, and a consistent desktop and mobile experience.
The Challenge
The client already had a partially developed Webflow website and completed Figma designs. He needed an experienced Webflow developer to finish the portfolio without rebuilding the existing structure.
The main challenge was translating detailed case study designs into responsive pages while improving animations, navigation, image presentation, and mobile usability.
Our Solution
We worked within the existing Webflow project to build the case study pages and refine the overall portfolio experience.

Project Outcome
Six portfolio case study pages were developed in Webflow, including projects such as RMS Maps, Les Mills, Ecoportal, Pushpay, Airpoints Store, and RMS IBE.
The website went through several rounds of feedback and refinement, with particular attention to mobile interactions, page loading, animations, and design consistency.
Following the improvements, the client confirmed that mobile loading and interactions were working better and approved the refined mobile experience.
The project progressed to custom domain publishing in June 2026. Further publishing and homepage configuration adjustments were discussed during the final handover period.
